Inskiers, We are having an Adventures in Dining (AID) at Avanti's Pizza at Ralston/Alameda de las Pulgas in Belmont on Tuesday July 24 at 6:30. In addition to many different kinds of pizza, all offered to us at 20% off, Avanti's has delicious Ravioli and Linguine, and owner Mike Ryan (a former Inskier and friend of Ed and mine) will give us 15% off pasta and entire orders. (They have great salads, house wine, and beer selections). Some of you were at the April potluck at my house and enjoyed the cheese ravioli with marinara sauce. I recently enjoyed the Linguine with Clam Sauce and Garlic Bread! There is a small parking lot at the restaurant; in addition, there is a Safeway across Alameda and the Carlmont Shopping Center for more parking across Ralston.
